Sylvain is a graduate of the AMR-CPM professional school and of the University of Geneva.

He is a flautist and singer or rather a flautist-singer. He excels in the transformation of the flute into a rhythmic instrument and has been teaching flute in both jazz and traditional idioms for several years, notably at the Maison Musique de Divonne.

He has worked with many rappers and beat-boxers including the Swiss Slam champion and the Swiss beat-box vice-champion. He has worked with many musicians, particularly in the context of Brazilian and world music.
